Helpdesk/Technology Support

Drop-in Tech Support is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Chromebook service hours are Monday to Friday from 8:45 AM to 2:20 PM

• Create a Helpdesk Ticket by emailing Helpdesk@brewsterschools.org
• Create a Helpdesk Ticket via the Portal (sign in with @brewsterschools.org account)
• Password resets can be done through this Self Service portal
• Book an Appointment with an Instructional Technology Specialist

Chromebook Repair

We will only repair devices if they are no longer functioning well enough to continue instruction.  Please call the Helpdesk at 845-279-5051, ext. 1156 or email helpdesk@brewsterschools.org and we will coordinate a replacement.  Please have the following information available when contacting the Helpdesk:

• Student Name, Grade and the Tag# (on bottom) of the device to be serviced
